Market report: house prices in London up £4,000 in a month but annual prices skip traditional spring surge
Londoners reluctant to lower their house price growth expectations are opting to stay put instead of selling up.
The market is subdued. Overall London house prices are (-0.6%) lower than this time last year. As ever it is a tale of two London’s – “Prime Central London” (PLC) and Outer London boroughs.
