Initial Discussion & Brief
As a first step we meet with you to work out your specific requirements and to put your brief together. This will cover a number of points including location, property type, budget, timeframe and other matters specific to your requirements, including your full investment criteria.
Working to your brief and liaising closely with you, we will extensively research the market using our extensive network of property contacts covering Multiple Listed properties and non-Multiple Listed properties, to source and preview for you the best properties to meet your personal criteria.
Personal Property Tour
Having short-listed and previewed properties on your behalf and reviewed the same with you, we will then take you out on a personal accompanied property tour to view the selected properties.
Once a property has been selected we then negotiate the purchase for you on the best terms and price possible for you, the buyer.
The US system is very different to that in the UK and the buying process to lock-in a deal is generally much faster, particularly for condominiums (no rental restrictions), where “personal vetting” from an ownership “board” is generally not required, as is the case with a Co-operative building (tight rental restrictions). We will manage this entire process for you, working with your attorneys and sources of funding to ensure a successful and smooth transaction, which is concluded at the “closing.” For non-US residents we can also introduce you to US-UK international tax advisors and immigration specialists.

Property Concierge, Moving & Settling-in Service
Once you have bought your property we will help you settle-in. Working with you, we will assist in setting-up all the utilities for you. We refurbish properties for clients and regularly work with architects, interior designers and builders who we are pleased to introduce. When you move-in we will meet you, show you how everything works and our highly rated “Welcome Pack” will be there for you.
